Oh my dear.. so that's why I gained weight! Pffft!
My mom bought me a set of this in 2003 and I got so mad because I gained weight! The sales person didn't make it clear that I had to eat just one meal! I take the shake and the tables (there's tea and tablet for 2pm I believe) before I eat my meals.
I was so sad that I did it wrong... and I am still fat. Hahahaha!
